Eligibility

If any information you provide is inaccurate or outdated, you must update it promptly. If Miorah suspects that the information provided by you is incorrect, we reserve the right to verify the information and may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

Unauthorized Access

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its systems, or networks. You shall not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or its services.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

Products

Invitation to Offer

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order, or divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Delivery Schedule

The delivery of your order will be made as per the shipping information provided by Miorah. You may track your order using the provided tracking number. Miorah shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery.

Pricing and Payment

Prices

Prices on the Site are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude all indirect taxes including VAT (Value Added Tax)/GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

All payments on the Site are securely processed through our payment gateway partner. We accept most major credit and debit cards. By providing your card details, you warrant that they are correct and accurate. We may process payment before dispatching the product(s). If we cancel your order after payment, the amount will be refunded to your card account.

Sale and Promotion

All offers for sale on the Site are subject to availability. The duration of the sale shall be at our discretion. We reserve the right to amend, add, or remove promotions without notice.

Sizing

We will seek authorization on your card for the order amount but may charge only the actual amount processed.

Cancellations by the Customer

Requests for order cancellations may be accepted or rejected at our discretion. Orders that have been processed cannot be canceled. Customers agree not to dispute our decision regarding cancellations.

Replacements and returns are governed by our Return and Exchange policy, available on the Site. Customers agree not to dispute our decisions regarding cancellations, modifications, or replacements.
