RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Miorah, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can assist you:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Full-Priced Items: Can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt.

  • Discounted Items: Can be returned or exchanged within 7 days, subject to size availability.

  • Customized, personalized, or monogrammed products: Not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Important Notes

  • A handling charge of ₹200 will be deducted on all refund requests.

  • COD charges (₹149) are non-refundable.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all return, refund, or exchange requests to ensure authenticity and avoid disputes.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and accessories to qualify.

  • Items that do not meet our return conditions will not be accepted.

 

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer.

  • Customers may also opt for a Gift Card instead of a refund. Gift Cards are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

  • If the refund amount isn’t reflected within the expected timeline, please contact our support team.

How to Return/Exchange Your Order

We no longer accept return/exchange requests through our website. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Initiate the Return/Exchange

  • WhatsApp us at +91 82759529971 or Email us at miorahshoes@gmail.com

  • Share the following details:

    • Your Order ID

    • The email address/Phone Number used to place the order

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Clear pictures and a  video of the product

Step 2: Return Confirmation

  • Once your return/exchange is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged via our courier partner.

  • If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your location, we will request you to self-ship the product to our provided address.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing

  • For Returns: Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 business days, after deducting ₹200 handling charges.

  • For Exchanges: Once approved, your replacement will be shipped within 3–5 business days, subject to stock availability.
